Refunds & Returns Policy
While we aim to provide you with a stress-free and wonderful experience, there will be occasional circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer notice: By choosing to enter, browse, access information & products and purchase from our site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Returns and Refunds Policy.

You also agree to the following:

  • Late delivery does not constitute a failure on our part or a breech of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order and receive a refund. Every effort on our part will be made to provide the most efficient delivery timeframes possible, however, traffic conditions, weather, theft or damage are beyond our control.
  • Incorrect delivery due to incorrect recipient details or incorrect purchase input details on your part does not constitute a failure on our part or a breech of our agreement, and does not entitle you to receive a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure all customisation details are accurate prior to submitting the order through checkout. You will be asked to confirm these details before checkout. Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis considering individual circumstances.
  • Where you feel that the products or services we offer have been misrepresented, the circumstances will be thoroughly investigated and, where appropriate, a partial or full refund issued.
  • ‘Change of mind’ will not be accepted as a reason for a refund.
  • Blooms For© will not provide a replacement or refund should your bloom box 'disappear' or is stolen from the delivery address where you have given "Authority to Leave" on the order. Photo evidence will be provided to the purchaser once delivery is completed, this will include leaving the purchase in a safe or nominated safe place, preferably out of direct sunlight as per the terms of 'Authority to Leave'. Should the recipient address constitute an unsafe environment for the courier e.g. aggressive animals, obstructions, locked gates, etc delivery attempts will be aborted and failed delivery communicated to the purchaser. In this instance, further attempts to deliver the purchase will be rescheduled, additional delivery fees charged and 'Signature on Delivery' required.

Blooms For© advises that we will not honour our refund policy or consider any refunds under any circumstances if more than 14 days have lapsed since the date the order was placed.

Approved refunds will only be issued to the card or payment method by which the order was placed. No cash refunds or alternate payment methods will be considered.
Returns


Blooms For© staff do their utmost to prevent breakages in transit by ensuring goods are safely packaged within each carton. Should your gift be damaged in transit please notify us within 24hrs of delivery with photo evidence. Your gift may be covered by insurance and may be replaced at no cost. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. 


Customised bloom box items cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.


Exchanges on bloom box items are not possible. The contents of each bloom box are clearly displayed and described in the listing.
